Ingredients

Succulent lamb chops marinated in a vibrant blend of Greek yogurt, lemon, garlic, ginger, and Weber® Zesty Lemon™ Seasoning, grilled to perfection and garnished with fresh cilantro.

Directions

  1. Prepare marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, ginger, Weber® Zesty Lemon™ Seasoning, and cilantro until well combined.
  2. Marinate lamb: Place lamb chops in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, 375°F–425°F. Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill lamb chops: Remove lamb chops from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place chops on the grill and cook for 3–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
  5. Serve: Transfer lamb chops to a serving platter and garnish with additional chopped cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy the zesty, aromatic flavors!
