Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, combine pulled pork, Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Weber Seasoning and Weber BBQ sauce. Set aside.
  3. Roll or stretch out pizza dough into a rectangular shape until the pizza dough reaches a size of about 14 by 18 inches.
  4. Brush on a light layer of Weber BBQ sauce on the stretched out pizza dough then start layering on the pulled pork mixture.
  5. Roll the mixture tightly and evenly from end to end and gently pinch the seam shut. Trim off any excess dough on the ends.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 8 even rolls. Transfer rolls to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Mix together melted butter, fresh thyme and salt and brush the butter all over the rolls.
  8. Place baking sheets in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the rolls turn a deep, golden brown.
  9. While the rolls are baking, make the sauce on stovetop. Start by adding brown sugar, dijon, worcestershire sauce, honey, minced ginger, apple cider vinegar, salt and seasoning.
  10. Whisk constantly until sugar has dissolved and allow to cook for 12-15 minutes until it’s reduced about half way. Take off heat and let it rest.
  11. Once the rolls are done cooking, take them out of the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve with sauce, fresh chives and chopped peanuts and enjoy!
