Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 tbsp Weber® Bold Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning Blend, divided
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 New York strip steaks, 10–12 oz and ¾ to 1 inch thick

Directions
- Prepare Grill: Preheat the grill for direct cooking over medium heat 350°F–450°F.
- Make Cheese Butter: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and 1 tbsp Weber® Bold Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning using an electric mixer.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Season Steaks: Lightly coat steaks with olive oil and season generously on both sides with the remaining Weber® Bold Steakhouse Reserve Seasoning.
- Let steaks stand at room temperature for 15–30 minutes.
- Grill Steaks: Brush the cooking grates clean.
- Grill steaks over direct medium heat, lid closed as much as possible, for 16–18 minutes for medium rare, turning once or twice.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 3–5 minutes.
- Serve: Top each steak with a dollop of the chilled cheese butter. Serve immediately and enjoy!
