Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck (80% lean)
- 2 tbsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and your favorite condiments
- Olive oil for brushing

Directions
- Prepare Patties: Divide the ground chuck into 8 equal portions and shape into thin patties about 4 inches in diameter.
- Season both sides of each patty with Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning.
- Cook Bacon: Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F–400°F with a grill pan over direct heat.
- Cook bacon in the grill pan for 5–7 minutes, flipping as needed, until crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Grill Patties: Increase grill to high heat 450°F–550°F.
- Brush grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill patties over direct high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, flipping once, until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each patty and toast the buns on the grill, cut side down, until lightly browned.
- Assemble Burgers: Stack two patties on the bottom half of each bun, layering crispy bacon slices between them.
- Top with your favorite burger toppings and condiments. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve: Serve immediately with fries, coleslaw, or a side salad for the ultimate burger experience!
