Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or 1 cup milk and 1 cup half-and-half for a richer texture)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning
  • Mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, for serving
Warm up with this creamy, cinnamon-spiced hot chocolate infused with Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. A perfect treat for chilly nights or festive gatherings!

Directions

  1. Prepare Cocoa Base: In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and ½ cup of milk until smooth. Gradually add the remaining milk (or milk and half-and-half) while whisking. Heat until the mixture just begins to simmer.
  2. Add Seasoning: Reduce heat to low and stir in Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Serve and Garnish: Pour the hot chocolate into mugs. Top with mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning for a finishing touch. Add chocolate chips if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
