Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning divided
- 8 oz crimini mushroom, sliced
- 4 hamburger buns
- ¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1 tbsp corn oil
Juicy grilled burgers seasoned with Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning, topped with smoky, tender crimini mushrooms, creamy gorgonzola cheese, and fresh arugula, served on toasted hamburger buns for a gourmet experience.
Directions
- Prepare patties: Gently shape the ground beef into 5-inch burger patties.
- Season both sides of each patty with 1 tbsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning.
- Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F–400°F with a grill pan over direct heat. Brush grill grates clean.
- Cook mushrooms: Toss sliced cremini mushrooms with corn oil and 1 tsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning.
- Place mushrooms in the preheated grill pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred. Remove from grill and set aside.
- Grill burgers: Increase grill to high heat 450°F–550°F.
- Place burger patties directly on the grill grates over high heat.
- Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for medium doneness.
- Toast hamburger buns on the grill, cut side down, during the last minute of grilling.
- Assemble burgers: Place arugula on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Top with a grilled burger patty, mushrooms, and a generous sprinkle of crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve: Serve immediately with a side of crispy fries, a fresh salad, or your favorite sides. Enjoy the gourmet flavors!
