Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning divided
  • 8 oz crimini mushroom, sliced
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • ¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 tbsp corn oil
Juicy grilled burgers seasoned with Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning, topped with smoky, tender crimini mushrooms, creamy gorgonzola cheese, and fresh arugula, served on toasted hamburger buns for a gourmet experience.

Directions

  1. Prepare patties: Gently shape the ground beef into 5-inch burger patties.
  2. Season both sides of each patty with 1 tbsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning.
  3. Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F–400°F with a grill pan over direct heat. Brush grill grates clean.
  4. Cook mushrooms: Toss sliced cremini mushrooms with corn oil and 1 tsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning.
  5. Place mushrooms in the preheated grill pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred. Remove from grill and set aside.
  6. Grill burgers: Increase grill to high heat 450°F–550°F.
  7. Place burger patties directly on the grill grates over high heat.
  8. Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for medium doneness.
  9. Toast hamburger buns on the grill, cut side down, during the last minute of grilling.
  10. Assemble burgers: Place arugula on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  11. Top with a grilled burger patty, mushrooms, and a generous sprinkle of crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
  12. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  13. Serve: Serve immediately with a side of crispy fries, a fresh salad, or your favorite sides. Enjoy the gourmet flavors!
