Ingredients
- Filling
- 4 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce, plus more for serving
- 3 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning
- Dough and Toppings
- 1 lb premade pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- ½ tsp salt
- Garnish
- 2 tbsp toasted, chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Soft and golden rolls filled with smoky, cheesy BBQ pulled pork, made even better with Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce and Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. These easy-to-make rolls are a crowd-pleaser for any occasion!
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix pulled pork, Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, and Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce.
- Assemble Rolls: Roll pizza dough into a 14 x 18-inch rectangle. Brush with a thin layer of Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce. Spread the pulled pork mixture evenly over the dough and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Roll tightly from one long end to the other and pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 8 equal slices.
- Bake Rolls: Place rolls cut side up on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter with thyme and salt, then brush over the rolls. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped peanuts and chives. Serve with extra Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
