Ingredients

Soft and golden rolls filled with smoky, cheesy BBQ pulled pork, made even better with Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce and Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. These easy-to-make rolls are a crowd-pleaser for any occasion!

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix pulled pork, Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, and Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Roll pizza dough into a 14 x 18-inch rectangle. Brush with a thin layer of Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce. Spread the pulled pork mixture evenly over the dough and top with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Roll tightly from one long end to the other and pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 8 equal slices.
  5. Bake Rolls: Place rolls cut side up on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter with thyme and salt, then brush over the rolls. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped peanuts and chives. Serve with extra Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
