This effortless Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce Salmon recipe combines tender, flaky salmon with the bold and smoky sweetness of BBQ sauce. Perfect for weeknights or casual gatherings, it’s quick, flavorful, and satisfying.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Spread 1 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored BBQ Sauce evenly over the top of each fillet.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness (internal temperature of 145°F for fully cooked). The BBQ sauce will caramelize slightly as it bakes.
  4. Remove salmon from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve warm, garnished additional BBQ sauce, if desired.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra smoky flavor, grill the salmon instead of baking. Preheat the grill to medium heat, place salmon on a grill mat or foil, and cook for 10–12 minutes, brushing with BBQ sauce halfway through.
