Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, divided
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8 oz round brie
- ⅓ cup pecans, roughly chopped (optional: leave a few whole)
- 2 tbsp Maple Grove Farms® 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- Crackers, for serving
This elegant appetizer features creamy brie topped with sweet cranberries, crunchy pecans, and the bold flavor of Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Perfect for holiday gatherings or any special occasion!
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place brie in a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Prepare Cranberry Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning with cranberry sauce. Spoon the mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
- Prepare Pecan Topping: In another small bowl, combine the remaining 1 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, pecans, and maple syrup. Pour the mixture over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake and Serve: Bake for 12 minutes, or until the brie softens and the toppings begin to bubble. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with additional Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning if desired. Serve with crackers.
