This Fireball™ Whiskey Spiced Pork Ramen delivers a balanced kick of cinnamon-spiced heat, tender pork, and vibrant, fresh toppings for a comforting yet exciting meal. Perfect for a cozy dinner!

Directions

  1. Prepare Pork: Sprinkle 1 tbsp Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  2. Air Fryer Method: Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork chops in the basket and cook at 380°F for 8–12 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F). Let rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice.
  3. Skillet Method: Spray a medium nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat and cook pork chops for 10–15 minutes, turning once halfway through. Let rest, then thinly slice.
  4. Prepare Eggs: Tap the large end of each egg lightly with a spoon to create a small crack. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add eggs and simmer for 6½–7 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Remove and place immediately in cold water. Once cooled, peel and slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  5. Make Broth: Heat avocado oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add ginger and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining 2 tbsp Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chicken stock and soy sauce, then bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
  6. Assemble and Serve: Divide kale slaw among 4 bowls. Remove ginger slices from the broth, if desired, and evenly ladle noodles and broth into each bowl. Top with sliced pork, egg halves, and sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.

Tips & Tricks

  • To achieve perfectly soft-boiled eggs, plunge them into an ice bath immediately after boiling to stop the cooking process and make peeling easier.
  • For leftovers, store the noodles separately from the broth to prevent them from becoming overly soft.
