Ingredients

Crispy, golden sweet potato fries get a spicy kick from Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Paired with a creamy dipping sauce, these fries are the ultimate snack or side dish.

Directions

  1. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Peel sweet potatoes, if desired. Slice into ¼ to ½-inch wide sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Toss with cornstarch, ensuring an even coating. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, tossing to coat.
  2. Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 8 minutes, then rearrange fries and cook for an additional 7–10 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
  4. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange sweet potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet with a wire rack placed over it, ensuring space between fries.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip fries, then bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until browned and crisp.
  6. Prepare Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning until smooth. Serve alongside the fries.

Tips & Tricks

  • For the crispiest fries, soak the sweet potatoes in cold water and toss them in cornstarch before seasoning.
