Directions
- Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Peel sweet potatoes, if desired. Slice into ¼ to ½-inch wide sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Toss with cornstarch, ensuring an even coating. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, tossing to coat.
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, then rearrange fries and cook for an additional 7–10 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
- Oven Method: Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange sweet potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet with a wire rack placed over it, ensuring space between fries.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Flip fries, then bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until browned and crisp.
- Prepare Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning until smooth. Serve alongside the fries.
