Ingredients
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter
- 1 10-oz package marshmallows
- 2 tbsp Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- Nonstick cooking spray
This nostalgic treat gets a bold, flavorful twist with Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning. Sweet, chewy, and just a little spicy, these crispy rice treats are perfect for parties, snacks, or anytime you want to elevate a classic dessert.
Directions
- Prepare Pan: Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and cook, stirring frequently, for 4–6 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix and Combine: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in Weber® Fireball™ Whiskey Flavored Seasoning until evenly incorporated. Gently fold in crispy rice cereal, mixing until fully coated.
- Press and Cool: Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Use a buttered spatula or wax paper to press the mixture evenly into the pan. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
