Directions
- Prepare grill and vegetables: Preheat grill to medium heat 350°F–400°F with a grill pan over direct heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced onion, bell peppers, olive oil, and 1 tsp Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning. Toss to evenly coat.
- Transfer vegetables to the grill pan and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned. Remove from grill, cover, and set aside.
- Prepare and grill patties: Gently shape ground beef into four 5-inch patties. Season both sides generously with the remaining Weber® Gourmet Burger™ Seasoning.
- Place patties directly on the grill grates over medium heat. Close the lid as much as possible and grill for 12–15 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for medium doneness.

- Assemble burgers: Place each patty on the bottom half of a toasted bun.
- Top with the grilled onion and bell pepper mixture, a drizzle of Weber® Sweet & Thick Original BBQ Sauce, and a second slice of cheese. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve: Serve immediately with optional pepperoncini peppers on the side for a tangy kick. Enjoy the ultimate saucy burger experience!
